Our office joined the programme called PenalNet which is a new XXI. century type of lawyer's cooperation in the field of criminal law. Through this programme we can get in touch with Spanish, French, Italian and Romanian lawyers to cooperate directly in criminal procedures. In this system through a special home page we have the opportunity to have immediate contact with the participant lawyers of the other countries. The extension of the cooperation for further countries is due in the near future. The system gives opportunity to accept the request of foreign colleagues, talking and sending documents as well.
